The experiential learning of advisers responsible for school teachers’ ICT CPD programmes

This is a project report on a research that focused on the perspectives on ICT CPD of UK advisers, teacher educators and staff trainers who are responsible for teachers’ programmes in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Many are independent consultants and some run company training programmes. All these professional educators will be referred to as advisers throughout the report. The investigation explores their past ICT training, their current opportunities and their recommendations for the future on ICT CPD programmes.
